Application Design and Technical Review

HyperCube can independently evaluate existing or in-progress implementations to provide recommendations to enhance value. These are short exercises ranging from 1-4 weeks but provide extreme long-term value. Such assessment exercise would be undertaken by EPM Architects only and can be done in onsite or offshore mode.

Implementation and Enhancements

Turnkey Implementations end-to-end right from scoping and requirements gathering workshops to go-live support.

HyperCube follows a Hybrid implementation methodology, including a waterfall staffing approach throughout to maximize the value provided by each resource according to their skill set. Additionally, an agile & iterative approach during development and testing phases ensures tweaks or changes to requirements are addressed during development rather than at UAT or later phases.

HyperCube can staff all project resourcing needs including project management roles.

Managed Services

HyperCube shall undertake application support under a Managed services model. Support can be provided in onsite-offshore or completely offshore based staffing

Scope Based – In this offering, support would be provided based on the level of support required. HyperCube provides pre-defined scope buckets viz. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels with each level providing enhanced coverage and faster resolution. Pricing would be fixed for each quarter of support, up to a fixed number of hours.

Ticket Based – Clients can leverage this model when they are unsure of the number of issues or level of assistance required or when support requirements vary across periods. This is typical of clients who have recently gone live with an EPM solution. In this, billing would be on a per ticket basis subject to a minimum and maximum level within the quarter.

 

Advisory Support

We can provide assistance with key decisions and share our knowledge from dozens of client experiences, including roadmaps for migrating to a new system, staff development plans, and facilitating successful end-user adoption.

 

Additional Offerings

Staff Augmentation – beyond formal project positions, one-off resource are available for shorter, medium or longer term. Resource(s) required could be onsite, offshore or a combination thereof.

Technical services – Many partners lack resources with expertise in hardcore technical areas like custom integration/programming, DBA services etc. HyperCube can staff such resource requirements from offshore thereby plugging skillset gap at a fraction of a cost.

Trainings & roll-outs – Often EPM implementations need training and support to geographically spread out user base and it may not be practically or technically possible for client admins to effectively manage it. HyperCube will undertake initial or recap trainings as well as support global roll out leveraging offshore team.
